GIA Student’s Choir, ministering in song.

This past weekend saw our very own GIA Choir, go out to minister and be part and parcel of the St. Luke Cathedral Anglican Church of Burundi, Gitega.

The choir led by the principal, Mr. Leonce Nsengiyumva and the Music teacher, Mr. Ezekiel Nduwimana was invited by their host church to lead the service. Mr. Nsengiyumva shared the word of God from the book of Deuteronomy 6:4-5 which says this:

“Hear Oh Israel; the Lord our God, the Lord is one. Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul and with all your strength.”

We are grateful to God for the opporunity the school recieved to be part of ministry outside the school grounds and aslo be of impact at their ages. We trust that there shall be more of these to come as we fulfill the commandment given to all the saints:

“Go, then, to all peoples everywhere and make them my disciples: baptize them in the name of the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, and teach them to obey everything I have commanded you.”

Matthew 28:19-20.
