GIA’S INTER-CLASS SPELLING BEE, DEBATE AND QUIZ BALL PROGRAMS
Gitega International Academy lives to foster the learning of English Language. In order to achieve this goal, the school has several avenues and opportunities through which students learn English. The Debate Club runs three events alternately: Debating, Spelling Bee and Quiz Ball competitions. This semester the spelling bee members are set to attend a competition organised by Spell Masterz at Christian Life Ministries Church in the Capital Bujumbura. Thereafter, we have hopes that our team will advance through the national and East African regional competitions to the Continental competitions.
